You have to call them to get it. I’ve never heard of a company that doesn’t provide tracking information. While I have a high regard for the machine, I wouldn’t buy a pencil from Mike Dillon! I’ve had my machine for 6 months and just performed a thorough cleaning, and the setting wouldn’t change. I googled Triad Aer contact and Mikes number came up (but It only showed as Contact Us). As a customer, I had no idea I was calling another distributor-I thought I was calling a main number. When he answered I explained the situation and he interrupted me repeatedly, not allowing me to answer his first question and kept going! Losing his patience with me he said in a loud voice, “I’ll give you the manufacturer number, I’m having breakfast.” When I said “you’re rude,” he hung up without giving me the number. Is that how he treats all who buy a machine from him (not knowing if I bought from him or someone else)? NOTE: MyTriadAer.com is more friendly (Mike Meade) and TriadAer.com is the main company. The unit which is my third one never worked properly or maybe I should say as my two previous units did. Not quite two months after it was purchased it was put in storage and replace with another company‘s unit. Before the one-year warranty expired I called the company and a call tag was issued for a warranty repair. Life got crazy and yes I forgot to ship it. Just recently came across the unit and thought I would plug it in at which point it asked for the RCI to be repaired replaced which I did but it still wanted a new rci at which point I called and was given a couple of phone numbers as two people weren’t sure who I needed to speak with. You mentioned that I was emailed a Notification that the call ticket was only good for seven days which was not the case. My correspondence was via phone to which I did not receive any follow up emails. As far as the “options“ you gave me. One was to send the unit in and it would cost $300 that you did not recommend and the other one was to re-purchase a new unit at a discounted rate. Why would I be purchase a unit from a company that discourages clients to use there repair facility and does not stand behind their products. You mention my neglectful use of the machine? I’m not sure how you came up with that assumption as you never asked me how the unit was being used the two months that it was in use. I really enjoyed the first two units (One was old and after a couple of repairs was ultimately behind repair and the other one is still in use at another home) I like the technology behind it but your unprofessionalism was very disappointing! I understand that one cannot make every customer happy but this would’ve been a pretty simple fix I’m sure if someone had a little bit of professional courtesy and stood behind their product. We were skeptical of Mike’s claims for the Triad Aer when we met at the Dallas Home Show. Now, I’ve purchased 3 more units for our grown children

Bought one of these units on amazon 3 years ago and think the the remote is the coolest thing to come with an air purifier. My wife says if we every move The Triad is the only thing that cant be left behind lol
Bought a bunch of these units at the HX Show in NYC and we lend them to our real estate agents to get rid of odors in smelly listings. Lets just say we LOVE The Triad Aer and so do our agents.
I keep upgrading the models every time they come with a new model.
