Georgia MMy mini triad aer worked well for a few weeks. Then output became a very strong ion smell, which bothers me when close or further away. Customer Service told me all sales are final. I haven't used it since. Disappointed.Posted on Google

LThey put the wrong address on the package, so it took 3 weeks to track it down. Plus, they do not provide tracking information with orders, so you have no clue when/if an item was even shipped. You have to call them to get it. I’ve never heard of a company that doesn’t provide tracking information. If I had had tracking info, that would have at least let me know that they put the wrong address on the package.

Bought one of these units on amazon 3 years ago and think the the remote is the coolest thing to come with an air purifier. My wife says if we every move The Triad is the only thing that cant be left behind lol
