Triad aer has your back! All of our products are covered under warranty, so you can have peace-of-mind knowing that any potential issues will be taken care of.
MISDELIVERY:
Don’t worry if you receive a different product than what you ordered. Let us know, and we will exchange it with your desired product in no time.
DAMAGED GOODS:
Sometimes, accidents can happen in online deliveries due to various reasons. If your product arrives damaged, we will take responsibility and change it with the new product shortly. We strongly recommend you to take pictures or record a short video clip when you open your package delivered by us, in case the goods are damaged beforehand.
If either of these concerns arise, kindly reach out to us at support@thetriadaer.com within 5 days of receiving your delivery, as claims submitted after five days will not be entertained.
CHANGE OF MIND:
Once an order has been delivered, change of mind is not acceptable at all.
ORDER CANCELLATION BEFORE DELIVERY:
