Refund and Returns Policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY OF THE TRIAD AER:

At The Triad Aer, we aim to satisfy our respected customers with our services and products. If you encounter any mishaps with your order, please know that we’re here to assist you. Triad aer has your back! All of our products are covered under warranty, so you can have peace-of-mind knowing that any potential issues will be taken care of.

MISDELIVERY:

Don’t worry if you receive a different product than what you ordered. Let us know, and we will exchange it with your desired product in no time.

DAMAGED GOODS:

Sometimes, accidents can happen in online deliveries due to various reasons. If your product arrives damaged, we will take responsibility and change it with the new product shortly. We strongly recommend you to take pictures or record a short video clip when you open your package delivered by us, in case the goods are damaged beforehand.

CHANGE OF MIND:

Once an order has been delivered, change of mind is not acceptable at all.

ORDER CANCELLATION BEFORE DELIVERY:

We allow our respected customers to cancel their orders within a few hours (2-3 hours) of placing them. Kindly follow our instructions to save us and yourselves from any hassle and trouble. In case of any query, reach us at support@thetriadaer.com.

CUSTOM TAXES AND CHARGES:

We have a very clear policy about taxes. Customer is responsible to pay all the additional taxes including custom taxes (if any).
