Shipping Information

The Triad Aer utilizes USPS and UPS for all domestic shipping. Shipping times vary by courier, but the average time once the order is processed is 3-5 business days. Tracking information will always be provided directly via email. If you don’t find the tracking email in the inbox, please check your spam folder before contacting customer support.

 

All international shipments are sent via DHL, and duties and taxes are prepaid. Unless there is another regulatory requirement stipulated by the specific country, the customer will be responsible for all steps to clear the item through customs, including, but not limited to, any additional payments. Failure to collect an international shipment or provide the necessary information for customs clearance will result in the customer being responsible for all shipping costs and associated import/export fees before any refund is issued.
